We are seeking a Team Leader to work in our Commercial North West grounds maintenance team based in Bolton and Wigan

**The Opportunity**
- Assisting the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the effective management of the programmed maintenance
- Motivation and guidance of the able workforce of the Service Delivery Team
- Monitoring staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness
- Proactively leading by example, especially in H&S issues
- Maintenance and enforcement of security of vehicle, plant, and equipment
- Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce Maintaining workforce discipline
- To complete necessary daily check sheets and paperwork involved with the smooth running operations.
