Community Engagement and Support Worker

**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Engagement and Support Worker to join our team in Bolton Borough. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people involved in or at risk of anti-social behaviour, providing support and guidance to help them make positive life choices.
**Key Responsibilities**
Deliver a responsive service to young people and their families, engaging them in positive activities and signposting them to local resources.
Work effectively in various communities across the borough, building strong relationships with young people, their families, and local partners.
Provide support and guidance to young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
**Requirements**
A strong passion for working with young people and communities, with a basic level of fitness to work in various environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
A patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to use initiative in an ever-changing environment.
**Benefits**
Competitive salary of £28,770 - £32,076 per annum (pro rata'd to £6,998 - £7,802 per annum for 9 hours per week).
Fixed-term contract to 29 June 2025.
