Supporting the ongoing development of the people strategy across the group, this is a newly created role within on of the regions most highly recognised Brands. Reporting into the Group Head of HR the role will create, develop, implement and support anumber of positively impactful HR/ People transformation projects and programmes.
This is a broad role, with flexibility to work on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office) working with all areas of HR and outwardly across all functional areas of the business (predominantly UK, but some European workstreams). The role will both lead on andbe part of a number of workstreams and projects and will offer the person a huge opportunity to impact on Org Development for the business.
You will need to ensure that all changes are managed in the correct manner working with a number of senior leaders across the business and other internal stakeholders. Working closely with the Group Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the processfor a particular area of the organisation.
Provide input and deliver the HR project plan for transition and if required transformation.
This role will suit a strong HR generalist who has supported a wide range of large, complex change and development HR projects previously within a growing business. You will understand the importance of effective communications and how engagement will be increasedwith effective transformation in busy departmental and functional areas.
As a broad and varied role, you will juggle and manage different and sometimes changing priorities, with a calm and re assuring approach. Naturally a high level of resiliance will be required, but you will have the trust and support to operate autonomouslywithin the role
You will oversee a team of 4 who will be delivering on the role out and co-ordination of projects, along with dotted line responsibilities of other HR colleagues dependant n the project.
You will be naturally passionate about the impact of progressing HR and People strategies and have great experiences to share from previous roles.
This is a very progressive company based in Bristol, you will ideally work from the office 2 days per week, with flex from home the remaining time
