We are currently recruiting for a Full Time restaurant floor supervisor. Supervising and running a busy restaurant floor.
- Be able to supervise and lead the restaurant floor team
- Provide a high level of customer service, leading by example
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Training Junior floor staff
- Be able to work in a fast, busy environment working in all areas of the floor
- Understanding health and safety issues
- Accuracy in cash handling
- Be responsible for the security of premises, stock, equipment, cash, floats, keys
- Have previous experience in a similar role
