**Legal PA (Corporate) - Aberdeen - Salary up to £28,000+ p/a DOE**

We are looking to speak to experienced Legal PA's who are looking for a new opportunity in Aberdeen. Ideally, for this role, you will have experience within a corporate environment, supporting a team of 6 or more fee earners daily. You will also be able to work well under-pressure, in an ever changing environment providing a host of administrative support daily.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal PA, who is keen to secure a new post within an established firm

**This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary of up to £28,000+ p/a DOE.**

**Are you who are looking for?**
- You have Legal PA experience within a Corporate team (desired but not essential)
- You can work well to your own initiative and proactively
- You have excellent communication skills both written and orally
- You have fast and accurate typing skills
- You can prioritise your workload, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
- You are a strong team player
- You have a high attention to detail
- You are flexible and can provide additional support when required
- You are professional and able to comply with all in house processes and procedures

**What is the day to day like?**
- Providing support to fee earners daily
- Working effectively and proactively liaising with fee earners to establish priorities daily
- Managing all diaries effectively, booking appointments, meeting rooms, travel and other associated administrative tasks
- Managing all inboxes daily
- Booking all travel arrangements and researching to when required
- Arranging all training for fee earners daily including internal/external courses and seminars
- Answering all calls in a professional manner
- Completing all dictation when required
- Assisting fee earners with all BD activity when required
- Completing all cashroom postings
- Assisting fee earners with credit balances
- Dealing with expenses and ensuring all interaction is recorded on the internal database
