Salary £20,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
OTE £26,000

**Hours**
Working Hours - 8.45am - 6pm Monday to Friday

**The role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and well established commercial team based at our flagship Worthing branch.

Working in a fast paced and diverse industry the role would cover all aspects of commercial property across the Sussex area (Horsham, Chitchester and Worthing), working 5 days a week with competitive salary and fantastic company benefits.

The successful applicant should be an excellent communicator who has a proactive approach, work well as part of a team with a wide range of people and have good business awareness.

The position would ideally suit someone with some commercial background or previous residential experience however our client will also consider a Trainee with no estate agency experience but you must have strong customer service experience along with get people skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying, researching and delivering development opportunities.
- Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the selling value.
- Valuing properties.
- Producing reports, brochures, promotional information, and other written material.
- Travelling to properties and conducting viewings.

**Key skills**:

- Self Starter.
- Negotiation and selling skills.
- Ambition, drive and charisma.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Willingness to take on responsibility, as agents will likely be afforded a great deal of responsibility early on.
- Understanding of, or interest in, the local property market and the process of buying and selling property
- You MUST have a full UK driving licence and own car

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
