JM Posner are seeking a confident and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to join our energetic marketing team.

This is a full-time hybrid position providing a superb working environment. The role holder will be required to offer creative solutions in copy and digital. The output of this will form the core of our communications activity including social media presence, our websites, Amazon shop, E-commerce advertisements and sales support literature.

The successful applicant will be working within a small and enthusiastic team focused on creating, implementing, analysing and optimising content that will help us to engage and influence our chosen audiences.

**The role**

**Typical tasks will see you**:

- Creation of fresh content with a special attention to the SEO improvement, driving organic traffic while also improving website rankings and authority on search engines.
- Stay in touch with industry news, events and competitor activity to ensure new content is timely and relevant and taking advantage of the most appropriate channels and platform.
- Editing images and video content for use across a wide range of platforms while ensuring they adhere to the brand guidelines.
- Helping in the Creation, and management of online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Amazon and Social Media platforms, with particular attention to customer segmentation, product and customer needs.
- Helping to delivering continuous improvements in effectiveness Measurement and optimization of KPI’s.
- Production and analysis of management Information, for selected marketing activity.
- Creating digital sales / product materials.
- Contributing to the social media calendars with ideas and creative copy and image creation.
- Work as part of the marketing team to complete general duties.
- Have a high level of self-sufficiency and creativity.

**Schedule**:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (occasional work outside of these hours may be necessary). The job is remote with one weekly meeting in High Wycombe and one monthly presentation meeting in our Nottingham offices.

20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

**Education**:
Degree, A-Level or equivalent

**Experience**:
The successful applicant will be:
Social Media wizard: you will need to build our reputation within our customer and to have expertise on specific topics:

- The JM Posner brand is a leading distributor of Waffle Makers, Crepe & Pancake makers, Chocolate fountains and all of the ingredients and accessories that go with them.

SEO guru: understand rankings and the importance of Technical SEO

Experience of using the following programmes or similar: Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Gimp, InDesign, Premiere, Adobe professional, Mail Chimp, Survey monkey, Canva.

**Requirement**:
Demonstrable content marketing experience (essential)

Demonstrable social media management: (from a previous job or as an influencer)

Content creation: (Portfolio / Examples required)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
