Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Prepare and serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus
- Culinary skills or knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £7.34-£12.23 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
