We are looking for Telephone Appointment Setters to join a flexible, friendly, and vibrant new team In Stoke-on-Trent.
The Role
You will be contacting businesses to discuss a unique product in the Employer Pension Scheme space. The product offers a win/win for both the businesses you will be contacting and their employees:
- For the business - the product is guaranteed to reduce costs on their employer pension scheme.
- For the employee - the product results in higher payments going into the employee’s pension pot - whilst the employee pays less in contributions (win/win)
Duties will involve:
- Business to Business appointment making
- Making outbound calls to potential new clients, with the goal of setting up appointments for our Specialist Financial Advisers (we have an innovative software package that provides the leads for you to call)
- Identifying new business prospects
- Talking to prospective clients about our product offerings and their benefits
- Working within a small and friendly team in a professional office environment

We are looking for the following:
- Experience in outbound telesales in a similar B2B / Business-to-Business role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great telephone manner
- Proactive working style
- Experience in working to daily and monthly targets
- Ability to develop progressive relationships with potential clients.
- Excellent rapport-building ability
- Driven, Strong work ethic and resilience
- Willingness to learn, grow and develop.
- Achieving monthly KPI's
Realistic Year 1 OTE’s are £30,000 - consisting of a generous basic salary (£18K - £20K pro rata) plus achievable commissions.
Full training will be provided, and you will be closely supported by an experienced Telesales Manager who wants you to prosper in your career and earn lots of money.
