Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Secretary who can ensure that the day-to-day operations of our firm run smoothly and efficiently, as well as communicate effectively with outside parties. Our organisation is looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, who can also work well independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain meeting records and minutes.
- Set up conference calls, meetings, and events.
- Practice good time management skills.
- Research topics related to the job and communicate with others to gather information on topics.
- Communicate with other departments to set up meetings and events.
- Prepare business letters
- preparation of contacts using software.
- Preparing timesheets
- Reference checks
- liasing with clients over bookings
- Must have 5 years commercial experience minimum

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
