**19 hours per week**

**Salary £11,912.49 Per Annum for 19 hours per week (full time salary is £23,198)**

- To undertake weekly or daily contact with all scheme customers
- To undertake monthly testing of all scheme equipment
- Assisting in the viewings of new potential residents
- Providing sign-posting/referral services where necessary both internally and externally
- Arranging and managing scheme meetings and activities
- This role will require you to work on an out of hours on call Rota Scheme for which you will receive additional pay, you will therefore, need to have a flexible approach to work.
- You may be required on occasion to travel to other Magna sites across Somerset providing cover for other colleagues when necessary
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of scheme management, Compliance and associated paperwork. You will be provided with the necessary IT equipment and a Working from Home allowance to support this.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience of working in supported housing or a similar environment is desirable
- You will be customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations and deliver high levels of Customer Service at all times whilst adhering to regulations and Magna Values.
- You will be highly competent in maintaining accurate records with an excellent level of ICT skills. Able to learn new systems quickly and with ease.
- A proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally and experience of maintaining client confidentiality is essential.
