**Home Help Assistant (Part-time)**
- ** £10,384 per annum**:

- (Full-time equivalent pay rate £24,013)
- ** 16 hours per week flexible Mon to Friday - (One working day must be a Friday)**:

**We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team. As a Home Help Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing our sheltered and extra care customers with the assistance they need to remain safe and independent in their homes.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Assistance: Provide help around the home, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Safety and Independence: Perform tasks that ensure customers can stay safe and independent.
- Communal Area Maintenance: Keep communal spaces in our schemes clean and well-maintained.

**What you need to be successful**:

- You must be confident in dealing with a range of people with differing needs.
- You will be dedicated to producing great results in day-to-day tasks.
- This role requires a degree of fitness as it involves being physically active and agile.
- You will need basic IT literacy skills and the ability to use a computer.
- You will need to have a full driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
