**Join our #OneBlueFamily to manage and grow the revenue on a desk that focuses on placing Chefs into permanent vacancies in the London and Surrey area.**

**You will be working remotely from home in the London or Surrey area and travelling as necessary for client meetings.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Permanent Consultant will include**:

- Proactively developing new catering business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Securing permanent Chef vacancies
- Business to business outbound sales calls
- Travelling to meet clients for meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Sourcing and recruiting Chefs for permanent vacancies
- Service management - compliance, administration, updating systems
- Growing the revenue on your desk and working to targets
