**Job Title: Working Foreman**

**Location: Middlesbrough**

**Rate: Between £16-18 p/h Temp to Perm**

Parker Jones Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national social housing/building maintenance contractor who is currently operating in the Middlesbrough area.

They are currently seeking a Working Foreman ideally with a carpentry/joinery background who also has experience supervising small groups on renovation projects.

The present scope of works is working in live health care settings and also MOD environments, therefore you will need to be able to pass an enhanced security clearance check.

**Essential**:

- Be a qualified or time-served tradesperson.
- Hold a SSSTS
- Hold a First Aid certificate
- Experience of working on commercial projects.

**Package**:

- Hourly rate: £16-18 p/h
- You will require your own van initially, whilst on the Temporary basis however once you convert over to a Permanent employee, you will have access to a company vehicle, fuel card, pension, holidays and further career development/training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
