Treasury Assistant

As a meticulous and methodical individual, you will join our finance team and help manage the Treasury function, including for forecasting and providing cash-flow requirements You’ll be accustomed to using Excel to manipulate data and ensure accuracy when compiling necessary reports. You’ll be on hand to assist with payments (CHAPS / BACS / cheques) and ensure bank reconciliations are completed on time, as well as resolving any related banking queries Approachable with a positive attitude, you will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders and will be able to provide statutory information, whilst ensuring that deadlines are met, and timescales are constantly adhered to.
You might already have a proven background in a similar finance role and be accustomed to managing several financial tasks simultaneously or you might be looking for your first step in accountancy / finance and have an abundance of ambition with a thirst for knowledge. More than anything, you’ll have strong numeracy and analytical skills, and you will be a competent Excel user who can perform well under pressure. We’re looking for a team player who shares or values and is keen to develop their skills with a company that will guide and support you.
This role would suit someone who can work collaboratively, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
