In this role, you will provide support to the Wealth Planner to assist in co-ordinating their workflow. You will work closely with your colleagues to maintain the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and offer flexibility in supporting various stakeholders in the business when needed. You will be proactive and continuously strive to deliver a first-class service to clients, operating in a timely and professional manner and consistently aligning with the companies values and ethics.

**What are the day-to-day responsibilities of a Wealth Planning Assistant**:

- General administrative and clerical duties, including greeting clients, answering general queries, actioning client mail, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Dealing with finance queries - invoices, billing, WIP, commissions, etc
- Support with the onboarding of new clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications of a Wealth Planning Assistant**:

- Strong numerical skills.
- A background in Financial Services is beneficial
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office programmes.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
