**About the job**:
You will be part of a continuously growing multi-discipline Asset Integrity team supporting a wide range of clients both in the North Sea region and globally. The team provides specialist support and input into bidding/tendering for work from new and existing clients as well as leading discipline specific scopes in structural, pressure system, pipeline and renewable integrity. As we provide extended integrity specialist services, both topsides and subsea, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and support not only traditional integrity but also analytical, integrity audit, asset health and other related projects. Our team also provides support to clients with their day-to-day integrity issues, finding innovative and robust solutions to allow for safe continued operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting bids by supporting setup and coordination of documentation and meetings.
- Supporting internal team tasks such as maintaining best practice and capability documentation, team CVs, information and documentation registers, document templates, etc.
- Taking on the role of “Quality Management Champion” for the team, engaging in the wider business network and ensuring team compliance against internal Management System requirements.
- Preparing for team and project audits, both internal and external.
- Supporting engineering disciplines with drafting of documentation as required.
- Management of team planners, schedules and leave trackers.
- Preparation of site survey workpacks across different disciplines.
- Ownership of project management activities within the Kent System for live scopes.

**Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience**:

- HNC/HND Level qualification preferrable.
- High level of MS Office skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
- Experience with typical industry Client systems (e.g.: SAP, Maximo, COABIS, etc.).
- Familiarity of relevant technical documentation including markup and organization (e.g.: isometrics, P&ID’s, single line diagrams, layout drawings, GA’s equipment registers, etc.)
- Experience in working with and updating asset registers & databases (e.g.: line lists, piping registers, anomaly registers, etc.)
- Experience in developing workpacks for enactment on site by own company or third party/vendor as applicable.
- Effective communicator with ability to liaise with Client contacts, including site-based personnel, technical discipline staff and project management.
- Self-motivated & comfortable taking responsibility across a range of tasks.
- Well organised and methodical in your approach to project work.
- Team-player, problem solving attitude.
- Experience in project planning (MS Project / Primavera P6) or interested in developing project planning skillset.
