**About the Company**:
Helicentre Aviation was founded in 2001, originally based at Coventry Airport in the West Midlands, now headquartered at Leicester Airport with its multi-engine training and operations centre of excellence at London Oxford Airport.

Since opening, its training academy, commercial and utility operations have gone from strength to strength and the original expectations of creating a one-stop training academy and commercial air operation were far exceeded. Helicentre Aviation has trained hundreds of professional helicopter pilots, feeding the crew supply chain globally, both offshore and onshore.

Today Helicentre Aviation owns and operates a fleet of 16 helicopters including Cabri G2, Robinson R44 and Agusta Westland AW109helicopters operating the largest onshore aerial surveillance and training contracts in the UK.

**Job Summary**:
The ATO Ground Operations Assistant will work alongside our dynamic and forward-thinking operations team, providing support to all areas of the business, predominantly airside operations. Maintaining superior hygiene levels at our Oxford Airport base, carefully and following strict standard operating procedures particularly when it comes to cleaning of aircraft interiors and avionics, refuelling and entering tech records data.

Responsibilities will include assisting with scheduling flying programs, checking pilot qualifications and assisting all training requirements.

**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Proactively resting and scheduling complex, multi-function flying programmes
- Scheduling instructor and student pilots to achieve business targets and key course events
- Checking pilot qualifications to ensure they are able to fly
- Booking and administering E-Exams to student pilots
- Liaison with CAA examiners for flight scheduling
- Managing PPL(H) Virtual Ground School sessions, liaising with students and instructors
- Running of ERP (Emergency Response Plans)
- Scheduling of FI Seminars, joining instructions, creation of certificates, preparation of forms
- Management of SFH bookings, checklists, agreements
- Preparation of Examiner Forms
- Flight Test Bookings (CPL/FI)
- ATO Manual Document Control
- Preparing a clear handover weekly for the weekend staff
- SD Card Formatting
- Attend ATO Daily Dispatch Meeting
- AOC Flight Following
- Scheduling AOC Activity (booking fuel, hotels, taxis etc.)
- Acting as a Hygiene Manager, ensuring that Hygiene Operatives are upholding their own responsibilities
- Inputting of the KPI’s for Utilisation, SFH and Hours flown

**Core Competencies**:

- IT competent
- Excellent organisational skills
- Acquaintance with ATO Manual

**Working Hours**:
Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

Attendance of marketing events required on weekends and evening from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
