The Healthcare team is actively seeking an enthusiastic, people focused, Clinical Trainer to join the team and help support patients and users of our Tandem t-slim insulin pump
- a pump designed to enhance the lives of those with Diabetes.

In this role, you will work closely with patients, delivering both in-person and remote training sessions to those transitioning to the Tandem T-slim Pump. This is a field based role so regular travel across the South of England and London will be a part of your day to day job.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering informative training sessions to support patients and healthcare providers on using the Tandem t-slim insulin pump.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to support with product demonstrations to new patients through ‘show and tell’ exhibitions
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the local diabetes market
- Traveling frequently within your territory to visit patients
- Seeking & developing projects to enhance delivery of holistic diabetes care within territory
- Attending national team meetings, exhibitions and ad hoc meetings when needed

The ideal person for the role will have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and Diabetes patients.

You will also need:

- Previous experience in a training and education based role
- ideally training end users on using a product in a face to face and remote capacity
- Previous experience working as a Nurse or Dietitian would be advantageous
- Any experience working in the Diabetes field would be a plus
- Customer-oriented and service-driven you will want to deliver the best possible outcomes for internal and external customers
- Team player with the communication skills required to work closely with the Account Management Team to achieve Air Liquide Healthcare business objectives
- Problem solver to support the resolution of customer queries from the Customer Service and Account Management Team (training will be provided)
