**The Company**
Expanding construction business based in the south Midlands
**The Role**
As the interim purchase ledger assistant you will support the accounts payable manager and the wider team as they continue to ensure the recent migration runs smoothly. These roles will initially be very hands on so professionals will get involved in all aspectsof the accounts payable function. For the right professionals working hours can be flexible, I.e. 9-5 or 8-4. Duties will include but not limited too:

- Full accounts payable control from invoice processing through to invoice query resolution
- Manual posting of information to the ERP
- Statement investigation and reconciliations
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve supplier queries
- Review current processes and ensure where possible improvements are made
- Adhoc project support to the accounts payable manager

As the successful interim purchase ledger assistant, you will have:

- Strong end to end accounts payable background
- Excellent attention to detail
- Any construction, knowledge of CIS would be advantageous but not essential
- Be comfortable handling large amounts of data
