**Your team**:

- Our reconciliations team consists of five other reconciliation officers and a team manager, all based in London. Supported by a Business Analyst, the team is client focused and acts as a Centre of Excellence.**Your role**:

- Consistently deliver excellent client service to Investment Managers and other internal clients by maintaining accurate books, records and mínimal reconciliation breaks (including cash, stock, FX, CFD, ETD, Repo and OTC).
- Actively contribute to change management initiatives and projects within reconciliations and across the wider Core Operations department.
- Collaborate with other Core Operations teams and beyond, to other Pictet business areas, to build a more robust service offering and contribute to the Reconciliations Centre of Excellence.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reconciliations role within Asset Management including reconciliation of alternatives and/or experience building bespoke reconciliations.
- Comprehensive understanding of multiple reconciliation tools.
- Knowledge and experience of dealing with multiple custodians and their websites.
- Strong IT skills including Excel and Tableau. Coding experience would be beneficial.
- Proactive in your approach to errors and autonomous, you will be eager to continue learning and want to gain more exposure to senior stakeholders and projects where your problem-solving skills can be utilised.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to own project goals/targets and meet deadlines, both personally and on behalf of the team.
- You will have a flexible approach to ensuring all SLA targets are achieved.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to explain difficult concepts in a straightforward manner.
