The Sixth Form prepares its students academically for study at top universities and offers expert support, guidance and opportunities for personal growth and development. We currently seek to appoint a Sixth Form Administrator.

In this varied role, the Sixth Form Administrator ensures that the day-to-day operation of the Sixth Form is as smooth as possible. Working particularly closely with the Sixth Form pastoral team, the post-holder provides organisational and administrative support for the section, including for events, activities and systems.

The working hours are 8.15am to 4.15pm (or similar) four or five days per week during the term time, including the full weeks in which a term begins and ends as well as an additional four/five days during the School’s summer holiday to coincide with the examination results for A Level and International Baccalaureate. Additional hours may be required outside of the usual working day on occasion to fulfil the duties of the post.

The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience.

All staff working in the School during the school day will have some contact with children and will therefore be in regulated activity. In this role you are unlikely to be working with children directly but will regularly interact with pupils who may seek your assistance or otherwise interact with you when moving around the school.
