**What you'll be doing**
As a Planner, you will have the following accountabilities:

- To provide accurate and safe SSOWs plans which allow for all required activities on site and are complaint with standard guidelines and procedures
- To work closely with the delivery teams to collate and request accurately and diligently the SSOW plan requirements of the business.
- Understand all Health and Safety and procedural requirements in performing the duty of a SSOW planner.
- To keep and manage accurate records of requirements and diligently manage changes with the local delivery teams.
- To be fully trained and competent in SSOWs planner Competence.
- To assist in the implementation of appropriate controls and audit regimes that enable compliance with safety/checking procedures
- Responding to late requests for change.

**Who we're looking for** The following qualities/experience are essential**:

- Knowledge of Track Renewal processes, operational railway and associated safety matters.
- Knowledge of Rules and Regulations, HASAW and other appropriate regulations, including Group Standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Able to deal in meticulous detail to guarantee accurate production of plans.
- PTS, Planner

- Computer literacy
