Affiliate Manager

Are you an analytical thinker and keen relationship builder? Reed Marketing and Creative are recruiting for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join a well-known brand and lead on their Affiliate accounts. This role offers an abundance of opportunity, beinga new position for the team. You will work autonomously, taking ownership of the affiliate channels, reporting to senior stakeholders on outcomes and advising on opportunities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and manage the UK affiliate portfolio, owning the P&L
- Negotiate and optimize each Affiliate partnership to ensure business objectives and ROI targets are met.
- Help create, plan and execute affiliate marketing acquisition and retention campaigns to grow the affiliate portfolio in line with wider company objectives.
- Monitor and analyse results of each campaign, including weekly and monthly KPI reports. Working alongside the Data Analyst and Marketing Intelligence team to optimize affiliate marketing performance and investment.
- Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activity to key stakeholders
- Perform market and competitor research in existing markets and assist with the future growth plans and strategy.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years of affiliate managerial experience
- Knowledge of Excel is a must, Partnerize is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Internet advertising industry concepts and general understanding of CPC/CPM/CPA models
- You have a proven track record in Affiliate/Influencer Management or have similar experience in developing business relationships, crafting win-win solutions, and closing deals.
- Outreach to new publishing partners, maintaining a diversified traffic portfolio
