**Starting Salary £30,986.00 per annum (qualified - Grade 3 role)**

Hours : 37.5 hours per week

Location Hybrid working - a combination of Together Trust Central Office, Cheadle, Stockport and home working.

**We’re looking for someone who .**
- Has a Level 3 qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
- Has the willingness to attend college/university to gain further knowledge and experience.
- Has the willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced professionals within the team to support the qualification pathway.
- Has experience using a range of standard office software, particularly MS Excel with an understanding of standard formula and techniques.
- Has awareness of workforce systems and how they function within a business context (HR, L&D, Payroll).
- Understands the principles of reporting tools (databases and interacting with data).
- Understands the importance of effective data visualisation.

**The apprenticeship course will be delivered by one of our approved providers and is a 15 month programme combining industry leading content and coaching, combined with internal and external assessment.**

**Once you have completed your qualification, your salary will step up from Grade 2 to a Grade 3 - Starting salary £30,986.00.**
