We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team at Wienerberger België. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and report sales data to inform business decisions
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and controlling processes for sales volumes, values, and margins
- Identify trends and anomalies in sales data and communicate findings to relevant departments
- Provide month-end commentary on performance to the Board and HQ
- Develop and maintain analysis visualizations using Qlik Sense
- Act as system key user for BI and Qlik for the UK business
- Monitor rebate deals linked to UK brick revenue
- Partner with the Commercial Controlling Team
- Support the growth of regional sales analysis and share best practices with fellow analysts
- Experience in reporting and analyzing trends in a corporate environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to suit non-technical audiences
- Understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles and practices
- Excellent analytical ability, with experience interrogating data via Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience visualizing data using Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience identifying trends and exploring underlying causes of discrepancies/anomalies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Degree in a numerical subject, or equivalent experience/training
