An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Creditors Assistant to work within the Finance Department.
The successful applicant will assist the Accounts Payable Coordinator in ensuring the accurate and timely input of all invoice records into the accounts payable system.
Team working is essential, you should therefore have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a commitment to multi-disciplinary team working.
CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.
To ensure the accurate and timely input of all invoice records into the Accounts Payable system as they arrive into the Finance Department.
To ensure all invoices are distributed in a timely manner to the Senior Creditor Assistants to support an efficient processing system.
To act as a first point of contact for all external supplier queries and to ensure the swift escalation of such queries to the Senior Creditor Assistants.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.
New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
