Service Support Coordinator Role Available

We are looking for a Service Support Coordinator to join this dynamic, positive team in their new contemporary, bright and uplifting office space based in Milton Keynes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support field service with spare part information such as stock availability or support manuals and process spare part requests and orders for planned or reactive repairs
- Coordinate planned works activity - logging planned activity on SMS and allocating parts to complete
- Administrate engineer’s reports - prepare or convert to quotations and send to customers
- Coordinate and administrate outstanding quotations follow up process.
- Coordinate with suppliers and arrange resources to support reactive or planned repairs
- Ensure all requirements under H&S legislation and required quality systems are actively adhered to
- Actively support other areas and departments within the company to ensure a team spirit is continued

Personal Specification Education/Qualifications
- Engineering background or Mechanical / Electrical knowledge desirable
- Working in a B2B Call Desk environment
- Experience of Service Administration desirable
