We are recruiting for a unique, regional organisation who are proud to support and represent the East Midlands with numerous exciting and diverse projects. Working as part of a skilled, dedicated team you will provide an efficient diary management function to senior stakeholders within the organisation.

**Duties will include**:

- Providing effective, comprehensive support of the diary management function.
- Coordinating high-profile meetings with international leaders, colleagues and partners.
- Overseeing the logístical arrangements for meetings and attendance to events.
- Liaising with 3rd parties ensuring a positive image of the organisation is always promoted.
- Contribute to the development of internal systems and processes.
- Produce a high standard of written materials including meeting notes and presentations.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role with proficiency in diary and logístical management.
- Demonstrate a high standard of Windows based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of a diverse workload with exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to write concise, clear and accurate briefing notes with a superior eye for detail.
