Primary Responsibilities:

- Offer administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of administrative tasks, such as data entry, document generation, and report creation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service and administrative procedures and best practices.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams to collect accurate and current information about products, services, and company policies.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team discussions to identify and implement improvements in customer service and administrative processes.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain well-organized records for a seamless experience for customers and colleagues alike.

Ongoing Development:

- Identify opportunities to enhance customer service practices and administrative procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends, innovative customer service techniques, and administrative best practices to continually elevate the customer experience and work environment.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and adaptability when addressing diverse customer needs, preferences, and communication styles.
