Work with the Director of Services and other colleagues to successfully deliver funded and commercial projects across Northamptonshire. Ensure that all key performance indicators (KPI’s) are met including; recruitment targets, outputs and results, customer satisfaction. Deliver any interventions or training to meet the needs of participants.

This role predominantly office based with some remote working.

**Key responsibilities**:
As an Employability Skills Tutor, you'll teach courses such as CV writing, digital skills and confidence building, contributing to curriculum development and maintaining teaching quality. Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities in this rewarding role will include:

- Design & deliver a range of employability skills workshops for participants
- To deliver IAG sessions and tailored job search interventions
- To support participants to investigate further training, volunteering and work experience.
- Support through coaching participants
- Making initial and follow-up calls and potential participants
- Ensure that all necessary data is up to date, accurate and available to the Director of Services, DWP, ESF as required
- Support participants on programmes to create action plans that meet their needs
- Experience of teaching functional skills including English, Maths and ESOL and/or any relevant soft skills for the workplace would be an advantage
- Perform any other reasonable duties in relation to the needs of the service; as may be determined from time to time

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: £25.00 per hour
