**Job Description**:
At Home Instead Northwich Knutsford, we're on the lookout for caring individuals for our evening shifts. As a Care Professional, you'll provide essential support and companionship to the elderly in Northwich Knutsford. **Responsibilities**:

- Engage in meaningful connections, offering kindness and comfort during evening visits.
- Support with daily tasks such as light cleaning and meal preparations, making homes a welcoming place.

- Communicate effectively with both clients and their loved ones, ensuring first-class care.

Qualifications:

- Experience is not required; we offer in-depth in-house training.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Must have dependable transportation for various duties.
- Superior organisational and time management skills.
- A caring, friendly disposition to create lasting relationships.
