As the Global Technology Chief of Staff, you will play a key role as a member of the Global Technology Leadership Team and provide executive-level strategic support to the Chief Information Officer of AXA XL.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Serve as strategic business partner to and collaborator with the Chief Information Officer and the Global Technology Leadership Team
- Lead diverse and global strategic activities in support of core objectives
- Identify and execute on critical business change management initiatives across the organization. Track, measure and report on results and benefits. Engage, influence, and align stakeholders in support of Global Technology objectives. Provide timely counsel and key updates on critical initiatives requiring Chief Information Officer and Global Technology Leadership Team attention
- Drive the Global Technology communication and marketing strategy; both internally and externally. Ensure messages align to the core claim objectives and are timely, effective, and delivered via diverse communication vehicles. Partner with Marketing and Communications
- Plan and coordinate key stakeholder meetings including Leadership Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, Town Halls, off-sites, etc. to ensure they are deliberate, relevant, and efficient
- Collaborate with key constituents to develop and oversee executive level reporting

- Industry Experience: Significant industry experience.
