Applicants are invited to join our Recoveries Team who manage overpayments and specialise in salary sacrifice administration.

Applicants must be numerate and literate with a minimum of 5 GCSE passes including English and Mathematics and hold the IPP Foundation in Payroll & Pensions qualification or have equivalent experience.

Applicants must have experience of working in a Payroll Environment. Experience in a NHS payroll office is desirable but not essential.
- Responsible for all salaries, wages, personal expenses and pension administration for a small number of Sage clients. Operating the Computer based payroll system.
- Maintaining all documentation and records pertaining to overpayment recoveries.
- Investigating and answering queries both verbal and written.
- To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries.
