Our Client is looking for Administrative support to the New Product Development Department, assisting in ensuring the smooth introduction and first production of new products. This vacancy is on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.

**Essential Job Functions/ Responsibilities**
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Input data into X3, including Bills of Material and material costs.
- Develop product barcode labels and manage the customer approval process.
- New product sample collection process
- Management of standards for new components
- Create purchase orders for trial components and office stationery requirements
- Provide general administrative support for the Industrialisation Department
- Support and participate in cross functional training within the Industrialisation department to ensure flexibility across the team as directed by the Head of Industrialisation.
- Assist in the seamless introduction of products, as directed by the PM.

37 hours per week 8am - 4:30pm (Friday 1pm finish)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
