Job Summary:
The Partner Alliance Specialist works closely within the Partner Alliance team to support our Tier 2/3 partners and as well as Emerging partners. The Specialist will collaborate with the Partner Alliance Manager to proactively manage customer/partner day to day expectations. The Specialist will help coordinate the delivery of all contract terms and conditions by reaching out to the various company teams involved in fulfillment of terms.

This role will report to the Director of Partner Alliance. This position is required to report into an SHI office location as determined by management.

This opening is for a fixed period of up to 12 months covering maternity leave.

**Responsibilities**:
Include but not limited to:

- Collaborate with Partner team to support Tier 2/3 Vendors and emerging partners
- Coordinate with the Partner Team on invoicing and following up on rebates through AX and the relevant Partner Portals
- Maintain the current process in place to ensure team is aware of all company and sales rebates
- Effectively communicate with Specialists and Partner Managers on renewals, to ensure all sales teams are aware of upcoming renewals for their customers
- Ensure the MySHI partner page is maintained with up to date information for our key partners
- Submit deal registrations for identified partners on behalf of sales in a timely manner
- Obtain relevant certifications when identified and required to support company partner accreditation status

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluency in European languages desirable
- Minimum 1-year experience Analyzing multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommend appropriate solution

**Preferred Qualifications/Skills**:

- Partner or Account Management experience preferred
- Any additional language outside French and English
- Technical or Sales Certifications

Unique Requirements:

- Extended hours may be required

Additional Information:

- Business working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break. However due to the nature of the role, with its international reach and shared project loads - working outside of these hours to service business needs will occur occasionally, and employees are expected to be readily available in these eventualities.
