Claims Handler

BIG ANT are recruiting for someone who has previous claims handling or debt recover experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our client is a one-stop shop that deals with non-fault traffic accidents and is Britain’s biggest supplier of accident replacement vehicles, such as taxis, couriers, driving instructors, chauffeurs and more.

The Recoveries Claims Handler position involves the recovery of client’s uninsured losses, which can include credit hire charges, credit repair chares, policy excess payments and loss of earnings, from a fault driver’s insurance company. Specific procedures will need to be followed to ensure claims are considered by the compensating insurance company.

**Job role**
- Full time
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
- Half an hour unpaid lunch break
