**SCHOOL MEALS SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT**

**Salary (actual)**:£5,451 - £5,540 inclusive of London weighting

**Work Pattern**:term time only - 38 weeks per annum

**Contract**: permanent

**Pension**: 22.2% employer’s contribution

Wood End Park Academy is home to over 900 children, including a 60-place nursery. It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London. The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our eight academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high-quality training.

**The role will entail**:

- Helping supervise students during the lunch hour
- Engaging pupils in play activities
- Keeping our pupils safe
- Communicating effectively with both adults and pupils

Previous experience of working with children is highly desirable.
