**Job title: Lead Creative Artworker**

**Reports to: Head of Creative Services**

**Location: Castore HQ - Manchester**

**Role Purpose**:
The Artworker should be an all-round Graphic Designer whose role is to support the Creative Team in delivering first-class design solutions for all marketing and e-commerce communication materials to promote Castore brand content primarily for B2B and B2C audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- The role will cover the design of print, and digital campaigns, covering both Castore Main Line and our Football, Rugby, Cricket, and Motorsport Partners. You will have reasonable knowledge of print techniques.
- The Lead Creative Artworker will create fast and accurate re-sizes/re-versions/multiples of existing artwork.
- You will need to think ahead of the curve - across our competitor’s marketing campaigns, trends in graphic design and digital innovations, seeking new and innovative ways of doing things and contributing your ideas to the team.
- You will manage the workload of a small artwork team via Trello.

**Personal Qualities**:

- You must be able to handle numerous briefs and requests, all with varying degrees of priority and deadline constraints; must be unflappable and able to multi-task.
- You'll be adept at managing the expectations of stakeholders; being able to negotiate reasonably, maintaining a good working relationship throughout.
- Excellent communications skills are key; you will be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing at all levels.
- You must be a team player; willing to collaborate and share ideas, as well as receive feedback from colleagues to develop creative output
- Relevant commercial graphic design/web or multimedia design experience is essential, as is current knowledge of internet technologies, standards, and methodologies. You must be a confident user of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
