**Advanced MS Excel essential**

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will be a key member of the HR Shared Services Team: responsible for supporting the Payroll Administrator in ensuring that all necessary information is sent to the external payroll company accurately and on time, andsubmitting all data required for PAYE return in real time.

**Key background**:

- HR administration experience
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft products (specifically to have advanced Excel skills)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills across all levels of the business
- Organised and methodical approach to work, always ensuring deadline are met.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with good numeracy skills and confidence working with numbers & data
- Confidential, discreet & diplomatic approach
- Flexible and pro-active approach to tasks
- Customer & quality focused
- Approachable and empathetic in manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
