A leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions are looking to recruit a full time Payroll Adviser. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to travel to the Coventry office.

Role Profile:
To ensure the UK HR/Payroll systems provide the correct level of functionality and data for the users and the HR functions in the UK. This includes: Supervision of the payroll processing activities within the team ensuring accuracy, adoption of best practiceand legal compliance with direct line management responsibility for the payroll advisor and people services specialist team. Overall system specialist for Fleet, ADP HR.net/Freedom/EZLM and Socle as applinable. Handle security changes/access requests for employees.Manage yearly the UK PCD Group Fleet module ensuring files interface into ADP Freedom, also includes weekly upload into Empolo. Look at opportunities for cross-company working and team integration (where systems allow) to ensure greater efficiency and streamliningof processes.

MS office, especially Excel to an advanced level Strong reporting skills Formal payroll training to at least an intermediate level is desirable but not essential Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work to deadlineswhilst under pressure. Must be confident working with limited supervision and on own initiative. Must pay close attention to detail and possess a high degree of numeracy. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to maintain excellent working relationships.Works well in a team and is positive, confident and enthusiastic. Must be adaptable in the face of change and enjoy a challenge. Has a high level of integrity and understands the need for security and confidentiality.
