We are well known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. Services we are recruiting for are situated in and around Evesham area. Those are 4-5 bedroomed Supported living homes with excellent transport links to surrounding areas of Worcester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham. We currently support many amazing individuals within our homes. People we support have individual and different support needs, where Personal Care each day is required for most of them. During the day, staff often supports our clients to access the community or attend appointments. When our clients can access the community, they are supported to take part in various activities such as: day centre, disco nights, bowling, rock climbing, trampolining, horse riding, long walks, art club and many more. During Mealtimes, there is a mixture of support needed for each client. This can be from prompting the Client to cook a meal themselves to preparing and cooking the meal for them. Also, there is times where a member of staff would have to support someone displaying challenging behaviour. People we support are very social and some are chatty so will engage with new members of staff straight way.

**THE ROLE**

Role is rewarding as you’ll have the privilege to support such wonderful people live their lives with choice and dignity., supporting them to achieve their life goals and promoting independence along the way.

No two days are the same

This role include support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community - it may be supporting our residents going out in the morning and taking them to an activity in the afternoon. Assisting them to get ready in the morning, helping with shopping, cooking, or cleaning.

This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant adults, professionals, their families and help each of them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life. You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activity.

The job entails supporting adults in developing key skills and continue being happy to thrive in life

You will be required to work weekends and evenings

The existing team members are passionate, dedicated, motivated and are committed in offering a safe and supportive environment to work colleagues and more importantly to each of our service users.

For this position we are looking for someone to join our team on a full time contract, there are 2 positions available one for nights and one for days.

Drivers license will be preferable.

**NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED**
