As **Finance Assistant (Maternity Cover)** your key responsibilities will include:

- To fully audit and reconcile all revenues and statistics posted via PMS and issue daily revenue report to management on a timely basis;
- Check and ensure appropriate backup for all allowances and rebates and ensure departmental approval;
- Ensure that the figures produced by the department are accurate, reliable and timely;
- Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports are completed and sent to Hotel Management and Corporate Office within specified deadlines;
- Liaise with hotel clients to verify receipt of bills, handle any disputed charges or complaints;
- To ensure book-outs are accounted for correctly;
- Reconcile F&B revenue from Micros with Opera PMS to ensure all postings and revenue is captured;
- Commission processing and Credit card reconciliations;
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when the business requires

As **Finance Assistant (Maternity Cover)** essential skills are:

- Previous experience as Finance Assistant within a hotel environment preferred but not essential
- Experience of using Opera and Micros
- Excellent level of English
- Intermediate level on Excel
- Attention to details
- Good time keeping
- Good numeracy skills
- Friendly, approachable and professional

The Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge is a 4-star deluxe, contemporary hotel, situated on the impressive location of Knightsbridge, the heart of one of the capital’s most upmarket shopping districts. The hotel boasts 222 well-appointed guest rooms, ranging from Standard and Superior rooms to Club rooms and Luxury suites.

The hotel is home to the Tangerine Bar, a lively lounge bar and the perfect spot for lunch, dinner or drinks on the charming outdoor terrace.
