We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and equipment.
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman
- knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, carpentry and other construction-related trades is helpful,
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ayr, South Ayrshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
