McMillan's Property Maintenance Ltd are looking for a multi skilled worker with relevant experience within bathroom/kitchen fitting and property maintenance

You must be able to work unsupervised, have your own tools, be highly reliable, maintain a good health and safety environment, be able to approach and resolve problems logically and a strong customer focused mindset.

**Must have skills**:

- Good plumbing skills
- Wall & Floor tiling
- Joinery work such as PVC ceilings, fitting wet-wall, flooring, sheeting walls etc.
- Painting & Decorating

**Other skills beneficial**:

- Roofing/roof repairs
- Plastering
- Fencing & Decking
- Fitting gutters
- Basic electrics

**Licenses/Certification**
- Full UK Driving License (required)
- CSCS Card (beneficial)

**Packages/Benefits**
- Company van for business use
- All work within Ayrshire & parts of Glasgow
- Fuel card for business related activities
- 28 days annual leave
- Monday - Friday
- 8.30am - 4.30pm
- 40 hours per week with option of overtime
- Pension Scheme

**Salary**: £8.41-£12.00 per hour
