**Sales Executive - Glasgow**

**Salary: £22k - £25k + Performance Bonus + Commission pay + Pension + 28 day holidays + Casual Dress**

**The Client**:
Our client is a growing software company which specialises in ecommerce. The multi-channel management tool and EPOS system, allows businesses to manage retail and online sales in one easy to use system. As a small company, they are much more flexible andadaptable than the larger bureaucratic competitors.

The role required is a full time Sales Executive to join their team, with great opportunity to move up within the company quickly.

**The Role**:
**As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for**:

- Contacting web leads generated by the marketing department
- Self-generate leads
- Follow up on potential new customers and inbound enquiries
- Contacting existing customers to up-sell
- Working with the support team to get new customers on-boarded

**Previous Knowledge and Experience**:

- They require you to have at least 2 years of experience in a sales executive or pre-sales role.
- Ideally, you will have a strong knowledge of the ecommerce market.
- They expect you to: have a passion for solution building; be an effective problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Be able to work autonomously with mínimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Be an effective collaborator and team player with strong writing and communication skills
- Be open to change, learning skills quickly when facing new challenges
- Pro-actively seek to self-improve and develop your skills
- Think ahead to foresee and prevent potential issues
- Be passionate about helping and inspiring clients and team mates alike
