K&Z Holdings is a franchise business operating 11 (and growing) KFC Restaurants and 5 (so far) Pret A Manger shops. Our office can be found above our flagship KFC at the Colonnades, Purley Way - we operate across Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey & South London.

We are rapidly expanding across both brands and are building a close-knit team within the Head Office to support our fantastic store-based teams.

The Business Administration role will be exposed to many areas of the business - supporting with aspects of Finance & Accounting, Construction & Site Development, Facilities & Maintenance, Third Party & Contractor Liaison, Operations, People (HR) and much more.

This role would suit someone who is a self-starter, passionate about getting stuck in, learning the intricacies of a franchise business with the confidence to start processes from scratch - celebrating from successes and learning from any errors.

**Role & Responsibilities**

The duties will include but are not limited to:

- General filing, administration and organising
- Ordering office supplies & equipment to assist Facilities Manager, liaising with suppliers as required
- Support with administration for ad-hoc projects
- System Management and Onboarding
- Clerical duties including editing documents for accuracy, typing correspondence, creating and updating records and databases
- Dealing with and escalating any queries
- Basic accounts payable processing to support / cover annual leave for Accounts Payable Administrator
- Processing business & personal expenses on a monthly basis
- Secretarial support
- Contractor and contract liaison & support
- Ad-hoc reception duties in a quiet (but fun) office
- Supporting the Leadership Team as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Purley Way, CR0 4RQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
