Children Residential Support Worker

We are seeking Children's residential support workers to join our team. You will be responsible for caring for patients and providing support for carers and appointing to professionals in a clinical setting

**Responsibilities**
- Check the needs and progress of residents
- Provide physical care including bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding
- Teach daily living skills like budgeting, shopping and claiming benefits
- Provide leisure and creative activities in a safe and supportive setting
- Help residents to deal with problems and become independent
- Talk with residents' families and arrange family and home visits
- Complete and manage paperwork, report writing and record keeping for all children
- Be flexible and able to undertake shift work including weekends and sleep-ins.

**Requirements**:

- Enhanced DBS check
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- NVQ certificate level 2
- Minimum 1-year experience in childcare work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
