An opportunity has become available for a part time receptionist at a well-established and extremely busy GP Practice with a Practice list size of 14,600.

Hours:
Tuesday 9am-1pm
Friday 8.15am-6.30pm (less 1 hour lunch)

Duties include:

- Answering phone calls and greeting patients face to face.
- Booking/cancelling appointments.
- Handling prescription requests.
- Managing online requests.
- Accurately record and relay information.
- Provide general assistance to the Practice team.
- Receiving, assisting and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
- Project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors.
- Liaise effectively with other healthcare organsiations.

Applicants must have the right to work in the EU as we are unable to provide sponsorhip or assistance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12.75 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

- Monday to Friday
