Pub Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the service of beverages and the activities of the kitchen staff in a fast-paced restaurant within The Cartwheel
- Ensure cash procedures are adhered to and strictly monitored
- Responsible for stock control including ordering, acceptance, recording levels, rotation and attending for external auditor
- Ensure security of the pub is maintained and staffing levels are in accordance with licensing laws
- Enforce licensing laws
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid Personal Licence
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a pub or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations in a pub setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Familiarity with licensing and food regulations and practices
- Bartending experience
- A proven record of planning, organising and generating creative ideas to drive sales

**Salary**: From £24,460.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 2 years (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Personal Licence (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
